When I receive an e-mail with a hyperlink, I am unable to
dbouble click to respond. The following messages pop up:
..DLL eile,MSVCIRT.DLL is not available
and "Could not perform because default mail clint is not
properly installed.

Any help.....thanks

Firstly, a tip about newsgroup posting. It's not a good idea to just use
the name of the program as a subject, especially in a technical group
such as this. It's like taking your Ford car to a Ford Dealer and saying
"Ford" rather than "The brakes don't work" or whatever. get the idea?

Secondly, this group is actually for the support of Outlook 97, 98, 2000
and 2002, part of the Office suite, NOT Outlook Express, which, although
having a similar name, is in fact a completely different program.
