When I get emails with web sites or one with a URL link
that I can click to open something else, it won't open.
What can be wrong?
 
in outlook, click on tools then options, click on security
tab and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened that could potentialy be a virus"

Start/Run/[CMD for XP]. Type this command: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL
Ok/Reboot.
Then go to: IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit. Under Application used to
perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
