Outlook Express

I can't open attachments in Outlook Express by clicking
on the paper clip. The only way I can open them is to
put them in the forward box.

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus".

Thank you I figured it was a setting but I couldn't find
it. I read the articles too!
