outlook express

Whenever i try and send e-mails via OE all i get is a
message saying:[A time -out occurred while communicating
with the server] or [Your server has unexpectedly
terminated the connection]
I believe the server is clogged with e-mails. Is ther any
way i can unblock the server?
 
Try a phone call to your ISP.
