Can someone help me figure out how to delete old email addresses from my
address book? I will highlight what I want to delete and then click on
properties. But then when I try & delete the information and click out of
the box I get this message that there must be a name typed in the space. If
I just "x" out of it then I end up with the word unknown in my address book.
I have 6 unknowns now plus several old email addresses that I can't get rid
of.

In the Address book in Outlook Express:
When you highlight the email address, don't click on Properties, click on
the RED X
Or, right-click on the email address>Delete

Or, in the Contacts in Outlook Express, right-click >Delete
