Note three things:
1. Outlook is *not* Outlook Express. These are two completely
separate programs, with many differences between them.
2. You already have Outlook Express. It's part of Internet
Explorer, and Internet Explorer is part of Windows.
3. You don't have to use Outlook Express. It doesn't matter what
E-mail client you use or what your friends use. E-mail is E-mail,
and mail sent by any program, can be read by any other.
What program are you using to send mail? What do you mean when
you say they "cannot receive any e-mail from me"? Do they get
nothing from you at all or does it arrive with a problem? Does
*anyone* successfully get your E-mail, or does nobody get it?
When you send E-mail do you perceive any problem at your end, or
does it appear to go out successfully? Can you receive E-mail
without a problem?
My guess is that you are already using Outlook Express, but just
have it configured improperly. Reply to the above questions, and
we can go on from there.
