Outlook Express

My outlook express is "frozen" Everytime I try to open the program, I get the
hour glass, that won't go away. I have to hit the X to close it down. I can't
get past the first message, which I think is the problem one. Any ideas on
what to do?

* have you got a anti virus software that scans your messages? It could be
blocking Outlook Express. Try turning this feature off, and see if it helps.
