outlook express

everytime i open outlook expess 6. all i get is a message saying: Runtime
error c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe This appliction has
requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way...Please Help.

if u have win98se then re-install win98se and IE 6.0

In any case the suggestion to reinstall is way over the top at this
early stage.

If you have the XP SP2 CD you could try the 'sfc' command line utility.

Is it possible that it also says:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ?
