I assume that is an email error. I don't know that error,
but Microsoft does. I'd try searching the MS
knowledgebase for that error number. (Start/help &
support/search.) If you need help understanding the
answer you get, maybe the tech support at your ISP can
work it out with you, or come back here with more
specific information & questions.
