outlook express

When using my out look express i have gone into the
addresses and am trying to us the services offered there.
Bigfoot,Verisign, WhoWhere, directory services. And they
do not work for me. I keepgeting the message the
specified servive directory couls not be reached. the
service may be temporarily unavalibale or the server name
may be incorrect. This is the same message i get every
time i try to use the directoy information. What am i
doing wrong???

You're not doing a thing wrong. Directory Services hasn't worked for ages
and should've been deleted from OE years ago.
