Is anyone else receiving Tons of Virus's throught Outlook
express. Im on Rogers Hi-Speed Cable Internet (dont think
it matters) but I receive between 20-40 Emails infected
Daily

Any Idea of how to stop this ?

Any Help Would be Appreciated

You must run a firewall, either turn the XP firewall ON or
get one such as Zone Alarm (free) from www.zonelabs.com
You must run an up to date aniti-virus program.

You must not open attachments from phony emails that say,
but are not from Microsoft or other legit companies.

You must NEVER have allowed anybody to have your email
address and nobody should be able to guess what it is
because machines can try every versions of Gord @ Rogers.net
and many others.

Your ISP should be running anti-virus on his servers and
should not be sending you the infected email, call them and
tell them about the wasted bandwidth.

The only sure fire method is to turn your computer off.
