How do I delete E-mail that OE identifies as spam without
opening it I tried right click delete but it still opens
the message first.
 
Does OE Identify Spam withoput a Third Party Program?

Are you using the Preview Pane? - turn it off - OE -
View - Layout - then you should be able to RightClick the
Message in the Inbox and Delete
