Outlook Express

I was running Windows Washer and it seemed to delete
my address book, and now it got worse and won't open at
all. I tried to install Explorer 6 which comes with
outlook and also tried a system restore with no luck.
Is there any way to reinstall outlook?

When things get that bad, maybe a Repair Install is the way to go. If you
have a Windows XP CD, there's a detailed description of how to do a Repair
Install at:

http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm

When the page opens, scroll down and click on: How To Run A Repair
Install. There is a step by step walk through including images. Your
software, settings, data files, desktop, etc. are retained.

Windows XP Repair Installs have save me a few times...
