You need Word installed.

Go here http://www.paulsxp.com/downloads.html and download 'Spellchecker'
its free for OE.

Another one that works is the spellchecker from the freeware text editor
Cryptedit. You might need to grab a file from the XP install disk to make it
work too, but take step one first and install one of the free spell check
dictionaries.
