OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I'm having a problem with attaching files to outgoing mail. Everytime I tried
to attach something, Outlook express locks up and then shuts down. I spent
over an hour on the phone with a microsoft technician who in the end said my
identity was corrupt and he created a new one for me. However, now the same
thing is happening. I get an occasional message about a "postmortem debugger"
encountering a problem and having to shutdown. I can send a regular email,
but I cannot attach anything.

hmm, if m.s. can't help u, then.....????

maybe a "repair install" with your windows cd
can help restore some system files....

maybe the profile hive cleaner from ms
might help....

maybe its' an issue with your isp, you
should probably get a web email account like
hotmail account or something. That way when
you decide to switch isp's you will have a-non
changing email account via the web...

isn't there a free new an improved email from
ms. via their live.com ??

Try deleting the messages in the Sent Items folder. The file "Sent
Items.dbx" may be too large to handle the attachments effectively.

http://www.insideoe.com/ might offer a solution.
