Outlook Express - Sends multiple (partial) copies of large message

With a 4.5 MB message (largely an attachment of a magazine page) Outlook
Express sent 67 copies, 66 of which contained an attachment that could not be
opened. Copy 67 was the complete message expected. Shutting off scanning
did not help. Why did this appen?

There is a break apart option available in OE. When all parts arrive in the
inbox, OE puts tham all back together.
go to start/run, and type:

HH mk:mad:MSITStore:%windir%\Help\msoe.chm::/news_posting_encoded.htm
