Is there an alternitive to Outlook express. I would like to back up my
emails by copying folders. Currently OE does not do this without
complex work.

?!?

I backup OE by copying the Message Store folder all the time! It's no more
complex than any other copy...

Adding to what John said, here's how to locate the Outlook Express
Message Store folder:

1. Click Tools | Options | Maintenance.
2. Click the Store Folder button.

That path to that folder normally contains hidden folders, so enable
showing of hidden folders (in My Computer | Tools | Folder Options |
View) to see them.

There are many other E-mail programs, Des, such as Mozilla
Thunderbird, Netscape Mail, Microsoft Outlook, and Pegasus Mail.
However, I think that it would be much easier to back up Outlook
Express as John suggested than to switch to another E-mail program and
back it up.
