Outlook Express

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Outlook Express. When ever we recieve a message
it come into the Inbox and after it's reviewed, it is then moved to a folder
named "Read". For some reason, the messages aren't being moved - they simply
disappear ! They aren't in any other folder and I've tried sorting the read
folder to see if they are there and I can't seem to find the messages.

Any help appreciated.

This newsgroup supports MS Outlook that comes with MS Office. Outlook
Express is part of Internet Explorer. Please ask in an Outlook Express
newsgroup.

Hi Christian,

Yes - I saw that this was for OUtlook but I wasn't able to find a group for
Outlook Express - I don't use this type of newsgroup much - actually first
time. Would you be so kind as to direct me?

Thanks.

You are using Microsoft's Community webnews-for-dummies interface. It lacks
many features available in a real newsreader program. I don't use the CDO
webnews interface but I suspect you have to look under a category for
Internet Explorer since OE is bundled with that.

http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/
Click on "Select a Product" link.
OE is right on the first page displayed.
