outlook express

I am trying to remove outlook express from my pc but
everytime I delete any of the files in the OE folder they
re-appear??? it is very weird. any ideas please?

I am doing this because I do not use outlook express, I use Yaho
mail.
BUT When I use a program like fujipix (My photo albumn) and selec
Mail Send to send some photos, It automatically adds the photos t
Outlook Express, which then just gets lost.

I used to have yahoo mail linked to Outlook express but avg free di
not like it and also Outlook express kept pinching my mail from th
yahh mail inbox

Have you tried the standard method for removing programs?
Control Panel / Add-Remove Programs.
