Could someone please help.I cannot send email with a pop3 account but can
recieve it.I have tried disabling NIS and NAV but have had no joy I just get
the message
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was name.com. Subject 'Tickets',
Account: 'pop3.iolfree.ie', Server: 'mail.iolfree.ie', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 relay not permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79.Any help would be grateful.I use a dell xps
notebook with broadband connection

Tis is a common problemn when the reciptient has installed 'secure mail' o
their server. Try contsacting your ISP for advice. I have this problem and
did not solve it until the particular recepient disable secure mail. Quite
honestly if this problem persist over a wide spectrum of recipients change
your ISP. Microsoft have this problem well documented in their knowledge
base,
