I was setting up my new computer and I have lost my Folder under option under
New in my address book. It only shows new contact, and new group, but no new
folder. How can I get this back so I may add a new folder to my contacts?
 
In OE, press Ctrl-Shift-b, then Ctrl-r

If that fails, try a reinstall of OE.

Search for msoe50.inf(The default location is C:\Windows\Inf folder) Right click the Msoe50.inf file, and click Install. Insert XP
CD when prompted, Browse to the I386 folder, click Open, then OK.
