cannot delete out of outbox Mail constantly being sent
out in like 20 or 30 for one message.All else works fine.
No viruses. If anyone knows how to stop this I would
appreciate the info. Thanks in advance.

Sure sounds like a virus. Are you sure that your
antivirus program is current? If you are using an old
program or old virus tables and expecting it to detect a
newly written virus, it most likely won't.

What are these messages in your outbox? Did you write
them and they just multiplied? More details will help.
