outlook express

i can not send e-mails from out look express. i have been on the phone w/
comcast
trouble shoot the problem and i can recv. e-mails so they say it a microsft
problem.i just brougth this compture fro best buy on jan 9,2005.can you
please help me.and
and at what time can i talk with someone it says 5am and it 9am here in fl.

And what happens when you try to send? Any error message? Can you
receive mail?
