Outlook Express Problems

I cannot receive e-mail from Outlook Express. I get the error message that my server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. I chatted with a Comcast technical support agent and she said that the error message is saying that Norton has changed my server to "local host" and changed the port number. I have had this same Norton program on my pc for 2 years and have used it with Outlook Express email and Comcast ISP server since Comcast took over ATTBI. I have had no problems with receiving e-mail till now!!! Why would Norton all of a sudden cause the problems. The tech support host said that there was a severe problem with Norton??????? I have Windows XP home edition. My ISP is Comcast Cable. I use Outlook Express e-mail and I have Norton Anti-Virus 2002 installed. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, can you help
Thanks
Tee

This is a *WINDOWS* group, love. If you're having an issue with NAV, suggest
you contact Symantec.
