Outlook Express won't open

I cannot open Outlook Express. When I click on the
chortcut, it waits and then does nothing.

Delete the shortcut and recreate it by right clicking on where you want it to be located and "Create new shortcut". Then browse to the location of your Outlook Express executable file so the shortcut knows what to launch. It is usuall located at C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe in your computer if you did a standard install not customizing the location at all.
Somehow the shortcut's path could have gotten corrupted, or you moved your OE location and it no longer can find what its supposed to be opening.
