Outlook express won't open

I recently set up a new sympatico email account. We now
have two accounts on outlook. When you open an account
and switch identies, you can look at the mail then close
it, but once it is closed it won't reopen outlook express
unless you restart the computer. Sympatico said it is
the configurations of outlook. Please someone help me!!

Visit Windows Update and install Q330994 (at least).

Outlook and Outlook Express are *not* the same application. Be careful with
your shorthand.
