Outlook Express Won't Open

I have 5 remote users that use TS and OE. All of them
work except one. When he logs in he click on OE 6.0 and
he gets the splash screen and that's it. I have tried to
re-install IE6, I delete the the OE folder under app
data. Anybody know what's going on? It works fine for
the other 4 users. WIN2K, All patches, P4 2GHz, 1GB RAM

I would start with giving this user a fresh profile (delete his
existing one).
