outlook express window

Hi all,
I am not a computer wizard so I am turning to the group
for some help. When I open up an email, the window is
shifted to the left unless I click and expand the
window. This just started happening yesterday. When I
want to reply I have to expand AGAIN to be able to see
the button because of the window being shifted.
Can anyone help me with this?

Don't click on the "maximise" button, DRAG the window to the correct size
and position.
