Outlook Express Will Not Allow Me to Open Any Attachments

All my attachments have the message: "OE removed access to
the following unsafe attachments in your mail:" Does
anyone know what has caused this and how I can change it?

One of the later security patches enabled this protection due to the enormous amount
of viruses and worms that arrive in email attachments often looking as if they come
from a trusted source. See KB link below on how to manage this setting after you have
an antivirus program such as Norton running that will scan all of your emails. ---

OE - Tools, Options, Security Tab - uncheck relevant box
