Outlook Express to Mail

I am sure that someone has answered this question, but for the life of me I
can't find it. Please forgive me for asking again.

My boss has just bought a new computer that came with Vista on it. I need
to move his e-mails from the old machine to the new one. Has someone come up
with a solution for being able to Import the messages from the old machine
to the new one. I would like to be able to us a Thumbdrive to put the
current messages, then move them to the new computer to be imported by Mail.
Is there a way of doing this.

Also, will Outlook Express work on Vista?


Is their a website that I can go to with instrutions?
