Outlook express shuts down when press 'Send' tab...

Hi,
Apologies if this question has already been posted.

When I compose a message, I press the send button and OE shuts down. When I
open it again, the email has not been sent. This has been going on for a
while and I have been unable to use OE to send messages but I can receive
them.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

My advice is to ask in a group with OE in the tile. I also advise you
to notice THIS group lacks that.
