Outlook Express Problem

When viewing an article from a newspaper on Outlook
Express, I often cannot switch to a second or subsequent
page or even switch to the "printer friendly" format. I
get a screen that the page is not available. Are my
browser settings disadvantageous, or what else is wrong?
Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any help.

Internet Explorer 6.0.
