Outlook Express Problem

When I try to send e-mails to multiple address in the
address line, it refuses saying that it's not in my
address book, when I try and add them it says the e-mail
is not a usable e-mail address.

I have to sent one message at a time. I would appreciate
someone helping me. Thanks, Chuck
 
1. Is MS Outlook or Office also installed?

2. OE Tools>Accounts>Directory Service>[directories]>Properties>Check
names... (uncheck)
