outlook express problem

hi, im having a problem with outlook express. i am running
vop mail and 2 domains on it. i added a mailbox for myself
on the new domain. i tried to add another account profile
on my windows 2000 outlook express 6 box and when i try
send recieve mail i get an error saying no socket error:
11004, error number 0x800ccc0d. i cant figure out whats
wrong. i did this on another machine just last week and it
worked fine. i cant figure out whats different on this
machine. i tried telneting in from machine and it doesnt
work, but works on the other machine. any suggestions or
ideas as to why this might be happening?
