Outlook Express Problem

After I have 'signed on' and try to receive email, my computer displays the 'sign on' page again. My Internet status still shows I am connected. After I click OK on, it still does not let me receive my mail. Sorry if this is confusing. Please help.
 
Under Tools/accounts/mail
check your settings
they should match those your Internet Service provider gave you

Not saying that this is the prob but when the password box continues to come
up, it usually means an incorrect username or password has been entered. As
the last poster said, just ring your ISP and ask them what the settings
should be. Good Luck!!
