OutLook Express Please Help!

When I receive a e-mail with a jpeg attachment I can not open the
attachment. What do I need to change? I am using XP with sp2

Outlook Express>Tools>Options>Security. Check that
"Do Not Allow Attachments, blah, blah, blah" is unticked.
