Outlook Express missing Inbox

A couple of days ago I had problems with an error
message, could not see the server. At the same time my
inbox weny AWOL. Any clues how to restore?
 
see tomsterdam.com to learn how to reconnect it- the missing mail is in a
file called inbox*.dbx.
