Check the ISP's website for the information. Most ISPs have a support page where
details for setting up your computer for internet access as well as email
configuration information that should be easily accessible.

| Hi Gordon, I've done that but still cannot get mail from my regular ISP when
| connected to cable. It just does not connect or download messages. I am told
| to get in touch with your administrator, thats the cable service
| administrator. I can see the messages on the ISPs web site but am not able
| to download in Outlook Express. Incidently i have XP Home, Pentium 4, 1.6
| GHz and 512 MB RD Ram. Is there any other software that will help me in
| resolving the problem.
