outlook express local folders

Any idea on how to transfer local folders in the "in box"
from one Outlook Express email program to a new computer?
Both use windows XP. thanks.

kb article 313055 is a good start. My problem now is it
only recognized my inbox and outbox - but none of the
rest. Good luck.
