Outlook Express Links not Opening?

I am using Office 2003, Outlook Express V6 w/SP2 and all updates applied. I
receive email with an Internet link. I click on the link and I would assume
that it would open Internet Explorer and go to the site/link. However, it
does not. I checked all my settings in OE to ensure that I have not disabled
something to prevent this. Any suggestions on how to correct this? Thank you

Office and Outlook Express have nothing to do with each other.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) See http://www.insideoe.com/
3) In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
