Opening Live Meeting links from Outlook 2003

I'm having trouble opening Live Meeting links from Outlook.
The error that I'm getting after the link re-directs to Internet Explorer is
"Internet Explorer cannot download join from www305.livemeeting.com.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site
is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." The
"download join from" is exactly what it says.

The problem seems to manifest itself with the combinations:
-Outlook 2003 SP3 and Internet Explorer 7
-Outlook 2003 SP2, Live Meeting 2005 Add-in, and Internet Explorer 7.

The problem is absent with the combinations:
-Outlook 2003 SP2 and Internet Explorer 6
-Outlook 2003 SP2 and Internet Explorer 7
-Outlook 2003 Webmail and Internet Explorer 7
-Outlook 2003 SP2 or SP3 and any other browser (tested Firefox and Opera)

Switching browsers from IE7 is not an option because of the development
environment we use.
Neither is using Webmail, because of the added complexity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem likely caused by "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" checkmark in IE Advanced options. Referencing MSKB article 812935 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812935) it said this would help for PDF files, I tried it for this issue on a system that had the same problem and it worked. Hope this helps.
