Outlook Express - Lauching on Start up

My problem was how to fix the start up of my computer? I'm
experiencing technical trouble when I start my computer.
Please send me some teachnical advise how to fix this
problem. The following problems are:
1. Start-Up the Outlook Express 6 - Launch
2. The send message to outlook express appear upon start.
3. The login Identity for outlook express also appear upon
start up.
Your assitance will be highly appreciated.
