Hi- My font suddenly changed to arial italics after I rebooted it, and
everything in Outlook Express is now in bold despite the fact that I have
read most of the mail. Is there just a simple procedure to right
this?????

The font is not a problem, I can adjust that, but how do I stop the mail
staying emboldened. Everything that was in bold prior to this is now in
light italics.

Hello - I did check xxx>xxx>xxx>accessibility - and nothing was checked, but
a few minutes ago - without my even touching anything or even noticing a
change, it all changed back again to normal font colour. Very strange. The
only thing in bold now are the 2 unread mail messages, plus at the bottom of
Outlook Express it says xxx message(s), 2 unread - this is in bold, it is
normally in a light font.

Judy <thanks for your suggestion>

Hmmm...

Is this happening after reading them? If so, check your settings here:
OE/Tools/Options/Read/Mark message read after.....

Unread messages are listed in bold type. As you view the messages past the
time you have set, you will see the bold change to normal text.

Also OE/Tools/Options/Replying You can set the Composer
