Outlook Express Identity File

I have reimaged my PC and reinstalled Outlook Express. I
copied the identity file, however, I cannot get the inbox
etc. to appear in the reinstalled Express. Any help would
be appreciated.
 
You can't "copy" the identity file, you need to Import it. Copy the files
within the Identity Folder to a new folder that is NOT the store folder for
OE. then in OE do an Import.
