outlook express identity deleting

i have an identity that i wish to delete. The identity
was set up with a password which i've forgotten. How can
i delete this identity ?

is this in outlook express?

file -> identities -> manage identities. As far as I know deleting an
identity from here doesnt require the identities' password?
