In Vista? Why would you want to, since Outlook Express
won't run under Vista?
If you use the Classic Start Menu, you need to use a longer
than usual method to create a Windows Mail icon: Double
click on Computer, then C:, then Program Files, then go
down the list to Windows Mail and double click on it,
then right click on WinMail, then click on Create Shortcut,
then when it tells you you can't create a shortcut there,
tell it to put the shortcut on your desktop instead.
