Sync Outlook Express2003 from desktop to Windows Mail on Laptop

I recently purchased a laptop with Vista. How do I sync my Outlook Express
2003 from desktop to laptop. I need to sync messages, contacts, and
calendars.

There is no such animal as "Outlook Express 2003".

POP accounts don't have sync capability.
Full sync is only possible for IMAP or HTTP accounts.
