Outlook Express--Half Window

I use XP. When I create a new email or open an existing one, the email form
opens on the right half of the screen and cannot be moved to the left to show
a full screen. I must right click the top left symbol to maximize or close
the email form every time. This is a new problem. I installed SP-2 about
two weeks before this started to occur.
