Outlook Express Freezing Up

HI,
I am using Windows XP home version, and Outlook Express
6.0. A lot of times when I try to Switch Identies the OE
window will disapear, and the one with the new Identity
will not appear. At this point I cannot open a new OE
window either. I can restart my computer to get it going
again. I also have been able to End the Process MSIMN.EX
and get it to work, but when I try this it says I may
loose data if I proceed. Is there a way of getting around
this problem of OE freezing up?
