outlook express faults

Original error was
OE could not be started. The application was unable to open OE message
store. Your pc may be out of memory or the disk is full. Contact MS support
for further assistance(0x800C012E,5)
Then this error
OE could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. OE may
not be installed correctly.
I followed precedures in MS support & rectified problem but now when I open
my emails Im getting this error message & I therefor cannot read them. Error
reads as follows.
There was an error opening this message. then followed by this error message.
An error has occur.


Please help.


When I restarted my pc I had this error appear in the desktop heading.
Internet explorer 6 has been removed from this pc. Do you want to clean up
your personalized settings for this problem. YES or NO . I selected NO as
I don't know what this means just in case I really stuff my laptop right up.


Please help on this matter as well.

In OE, File menu, the Identities tools offer a way to create a new Identity, and Import (not copy) the old identity to it.
